If you cancel 24 hours prior to the consultation you will be fully refunded. Within 24 hours of the consultaiton you will be refunded 50%.
If for any reason, we have to terminate your contract, we will refund the remaining days of unused support.

If you cancel 5 days before the consultation you will receive a full refund. 3-4 days before consultation you will receive a 75% refund, 48-24 hours prior to the consultation you will be refunded 50% of the package cost. Within 24 hours of the consultaiton you will be refunded 25%.
