How We Work...

What we do:
● We specialise in teaching babies (4-14 months-old) to sleep independently within 3-5 days using the Sound Asleep Guru bespoke method.
● With infants over 14-months-old, we work on strengthening sleep hygiene, building healthy sleep routines, work on bedtime battles and eliminating wake ups using age-appropriate methods. This is not through sleep training so it takes longer.
● We tailor the sleep routine to fit your life, your baby, and your specific needs, rather than using generic routines.
● We base our approach on scientific research, evidence, and real data to best assist each family.
● If you want, you can have support throughout our waking hours!
What we don't do:
● We don't use so-called "gentle" methods to address sleep issues in babies under 14 months. Our goal is to transform sleep wholly and rapidly.
● We don't ever ask you to use Cry-it-out.
● We don't rely on generic routines that are not tailored to your baby's specific needs.
● We don't adhere to "wake windows," which we refer to as "fake windows." And we do not believe in 'overtiredness' and the nonsensical results of being awake a bit too long. There is no evidence to back these concepts up, so we do not acknowledge them in our practice.
● We don't require you to stay at home all day during the training, as that doesn't prepare you well for real-life situations.
● We don’t come to your home to do it for you, We think it is important that you can do this to maintain trust, bond and attachment.

I am still in shock at how quickly and effectively this worked! The custom sleep plan that Hana made for us worked a treat! By night 2, my little one was sleeping through the night and falling asleep in under a minute! It feels like a miracle! Ezra was cosleeping, using a dummy and being fed or rocked to sleep every time, but now he is happier in the day, sleeping through the night in his own room, in his own bed and without his dummy! If we could give 6 stars, then we would! Hana helped transform not just our baby's sleep but our family life. She gave us the skills and structure that we needed, and most importantly, that worked for us. We now have a guaranteed 1.5 hour nap where we can spend 1:1 time with out 3 year old, and that was our main priority after contact cat naps! Hana has been professional, knowledgeable, and has your interests at heart.
Lauren was fantastic and very understanding. Being a twin parent herself, I felt she really understood the difficulties with trying to maintain a routine and having both babies in the same room whilst tying to make sleep changes.
